In accordance with the CDC, World Health Organization and State Government’s current recommendations, we are modifying our Operational practices at Kate-lo Tile and Stone Branches.

Guidelines:

  • COVID-19
    • Clients must wear masks & gloves in the showroom during the duration of the appointment. If you forget to your bring mask or gloves, we do have these items available at our showroom upon arrival.
    • No children allowed in the showroom.
    • Maximum appointment length: 1 hour

    • Monday through Friday, there’s no appointment necessary to visit the showroom. Simply drop by during business hours to browse tiles and speak to a design consultant. We’re here to help you create a beautiful, functional space within your budget. If you’d like to visit the showroom on a Saturday, please schedule an appointment.

Please note that our Burnsville, Roseville, Outlet Center & Omaha showrooms are not open Saturdays, but will continue operating during our normal weekly business hours. Kate-lo tile & stone Plymouth, MN & Des Moines, IA are open by appointment only on Saturdays.
