In an effort to protect our employees and customers, we implemented several steps in response to the COVID-19 situation and are following CDC/MN DOH guidelines.
- Respect the six-foot personal space guideline.
- We offer touchless order processing. You may call your local distributors main line and place your order from our parking lot or you can fax in your order. Click link to contact your local kate-lo tile — Kate-lo Nebraska, Kate-lo Iowa & Kate-lo Plymouth.
- When picking up merchandise, our warehouse personnel is notating the names on our paperwork avoiding the use of pens/pencils for signatures.
- Our staff are using gloves and/or other protective gear when handling any transactions.
- We increased our cleaning efforts by wiping down door handles, knobs and work spaces with disinfectant throughout the day.
- SHOWROOMS: Effective immediately we will no longer offer Saturday hours and showrooms will be open by appointment only. We encourage all customers to make appointments for showroom selections to minimize time on site and allow us to monitor client numbers. - RETURN POLICY: Due to the serious effects of Covid-19, and the desire to protect its employees, customers and all visitors to our premises wherever possible, Kate-lo Tile & Stone and our affiliates have decided we will no longer accept any returns of product to our companies until further notice.
