Sizes & Finishes
All colors & sizes are stock items at kate-lo. Please call ahead for availability prior to ordering, replenishment for stock could take 12-16 weeks.
Shade Variation & Crazing
Shade variation is a natural feature of the Tantalize collection. The transparent glazes create a halo effect and may cause crazing over the lives of the product. Crazing does not indicate a defect and will not affect the tile’s performance with proper care. This characteristic is a part of the inherent beauty of the Tantalize collection.
Grout Release & Sealing Recommendation
To prevent staining, we recommend sealing the product prior to installation & post installation. Using grout release could be another technique used to help prevent staining during the installation process. Using a penetrating sealer post installation is still needed when using grout release.
